Need to make a change to your order? Here’s what you can do, based on your order status.
Order Status | Available Changes |
📦️ Not Yet Shipped | Edit quantities, change address, cancel order. |
🚚 Shipped | Request a return or exchange after delivery. |
Sign in to your Demo Store account.
Go to “Order History” and select the order.
Click “Edit Order” to make adjustments.
You can update the shipping address before the order ships by going to “Order History”.
Find the order and select “Edit Shipping”.
Enter the new address and save changes.
Note
Not all changes are possible after an order is placed, but we can assist with most adjustments.
